Movement Standards
Navy Seal Burpee: This is a variation of the standard Burpee. Athlete will get on the ground. Perform a Push-Up then bring the right knee towards the chest. Perform another Push-Up then bring the left knee towards the chest. Perform another Push-Up before standing all the way up to finish the Burpee.

I did NOT finish this workout. I got through the 4th section in 59:00. I kind of ran out of time at the gym but I also was feeling into my arms and thought it might not be a good idea to do that 5th section. It's okay though, I still thought getting through 300 push-ups was pretty good!

I figure section 5 probably would have taken me about 30:00.
I was happy that every run I went a little bit faster and... no pain!!

Background: This workout is dedicated to Netic who was killed in a robbery in his house on May 5, 2022. He was a musician from New York City. His band was called “Game Rebellion.”
Netic was one of the base members of Unity Fitness Clum @unitytulummx in Tulum, Mexico. Coach Mateo Belvedere @matebelvedere designed this memorial for him. They described Netic as:
“Very inspiring person, amazing guy, very funny making all the people laugh every day in our classes.”
