Memorial WOD for Pat Mahan

AMRAP in 45 minutes: Finished with 3 + 87 Reps

  • 800 meter Run

  • 1 Round of Inside Work

  • Inside Work is:

  • 7 Pull Ups

  • 10 Hang Clean (115/75 lb)

  • 21 Wall Balls (20/14 lb)

  • Continue adding 1 extra round of Inside Work after each 800 meter Run.

On a 45 minute clock, start with an 800 meter run before performing 7 Pull-Ups, 10 Hang Cleans, and 21 Wall Balls. Perform another 800 meter run, then 2 rounds of the 7/10/21 movements. After each 800 meter run, add one extra round of the 7/10/21 movements. Perform as many rounds and repetitions as possible (“AMRAP“). Count 1 rep for each 10 meters of the Run (80 reps for the full 800 meters).

This was a really wonderful workout. I was proud of myself for choosing a workout with Wall Balls! Lol! I finished 3 rounds plus the 800 meter run (80 reps) and 7 pull-ups. Time after Round 1 - 8:32

Round 2 - 20:54

Round 3 - 38:31

It was a bit hot so I struggled a little bit with that. There was a cool breeze outside for the run though and that helped. Grateful to honor Pat.
