I really loved this workout and I went ahead and did 22 rounds as noted in the highlighted section in the background of this workout.

I tripped up quite a bit on my double unders, only having 2 sets unbroken, but I actually didn't mind the breaks.

I just took this workout nice and steady.

Power Cleans felt really good.

The turkish get-ups didn't feel good at first as my shoulder felt a little unstable and I just haven't done those in a long time. But, they gradually felt better and better.

The runs also felt good. I am feeling better running faster now!

Very grateful to honor this little one.
