5-18-22 in 8:03

10-25-22 in 15:48 (Post injury)

  • 3 Snatches (135/95 lb)

  • 3 Bar Over Burpees

I really like this workout. Obviously for me it is all about the snatches. This first time I did this I remember missing a few reps. The second time was post-injury. I believe I missed about 6 - shoulders were hurting a little bit. I just had to take more time in between snatches to be sure to get them. I look forward to doing it again as I get my strength back!
