Lindskog

5 Rounds for Time: Finished in 37:52

  • 500 meter Run

  • 20 Box Jumps - I used a 24' box

  • 20 Pull-Ups - Strict

  • 5 Handstand Push-Ups - Strict

I did this workout at my condo gym which only has one working treadmill so I did a 2500 meter run right up front and then the 5 rounds of the other movements. I also used a 24' box, did strict pull-ups and strict handstand push-ups. The strict pull-ups are what ate up so much time in this one... GREAT workout though!
