Dips into push-ups is a bit evil.... but so good! Sit-ups felt harder than I was expecting too after all the toe to bar. But, honored as always...

Background: This Hero WOD is dedicated to MSgt Mike Maltz, 38th Rescue Squadron, Moody Air Force Base, Ga, who made the ultimate sacrifice on March 23, 2003 in southern Afghanistan when his HH-60G Pave Hawk helicopter crashed. According to their Facebook page, the “Maltz Challenge” began in 2007 when a handful of DEA agents set out to honor the men and women of the armed forces who were killed in combat.
