Crazy Workout #2!

This was actually a great grinder! The pull-ups and farmer carries helped with the hip flexor fatigue but it STILL crept in after about 400...

I kept all the pull-ups unbroken and varied my grip each time. The farmer carries were not unbroken. I had to set them down one time on each round.

SO so good!
