This was a modified version of a SealFit WOD and my first of many Crazy Sunday Workouts I will design and name myself! This workout was great! Although I was pretty sore and tired from a lot of heavy lifting yesterday it was just what I needed!
Except... heck.... why did the step-ups feel SO hard??
