This was a great warm-up workout and I was so pleased to have been able to go unbroken on everything! SUPER grip intensive and awesome!

This workout, first posted on crossfit.com as the workout of the day for Friday, December 3, 2004 (041203), is apparently a tribute to the infamous "Gym Jones" (Salt Lake City, UT). "The reason the bodyweight squats are combined with the KB swing is to 'season the meat,' as we say at Gym Jones. It essentially means that when the legs are tired you must explode with your hips or the KB won't move." - Mark T.
