For time: 1:06:20 Again on June 2, 2018 in 1:02:07 - although I had to stop at 11 Muscle ups because I ripped. :(

  • 200 meter Farmers Walk -- I used 44# KBs

  • 100 Pull-Ups

  • 100 Thrusters (45 lbs/35 lbs)

  • 200 meter Sand Bag Carry -- I used a 45# bag - Used 60# bag

  • 75 Burpees

  • 75 Hang Power Snatch (45 lbs/35 lbs)

  • 200 meter Suitcase Walk -- I used a 53#

  • 50 Kettlebell Swings (1.5 pood/1 pood)

  • 50 Bear Complex (45 lbs/35 lbs)

  • 200 meter Waiter Walk -- I used a 35# DB

  • 25 Muscle-Ups

  • 25 Handstand Push-Ups

Pick your own weights for the carries (Farmers Walk, Sandbag Carry, Suitcase Walk, Waiter Walk). I LOVED this WOD!! Was pretty grip and arm intensive but so awesome!
