Painstorm XIX


As Many Rounds as Possible (AMRAP) in 40 minutes - -

I got 27 + 7 rounds

  • 5 Deadlifts (70/50 lbs)

  • 5 Hang Power Cleans (70/50 lbs)

  • 5 Front Squats (70/50 lbs)

  • 5 Push Presses (70/50 lbs)

  • 5 Back Squats (70/50 lbs)

This was a great workout. My only issue during it was my back. It was just getting so tight, making this workout live up to its name! Painstorm indeed!! Everything else felt great though... ************************* "In the early days of CrossFit the message board was the shit.
