This was a fun one! Although I really just love hang power cleans.. I did the first Hang Power Cleans in 2 sets - 30 and 20 second round in 3 sets of 10 and then the third round in 3 as well. Lost my grip on the third rep so did 2, then 4 and then the last 4. :D ************************** Ben Rogers is a CrossFit coach at Rich Froning's CrossFit Mayhem in Cookeville, TN. His namesake WOD was published on Mayhem's WOD blog in November, 2016. Ben competed with Team Mayhem in the CrossFit Games in 2015 and 2016, and according to the Mayhem website "hopes to do so for the foreseeable future, too."
