Honored to have done this workout again. Obviously I was WAY slower this time! There were a few reasons for that - I am healing up a calf injury so my runs were pretty slow - although I am just happy that I CAN run! It was very hot and I needed to slow down a few times to get my heart rate back down. Although I was slow, all my movements felt really good. I did all my pull-ups unbroken so I was pretty excited about that!
Would love to do again when I am healthy and it is colder out!

Did this today, a day after the 13th anniversary of this event. Healing up a shoulder flare up and it was hot again today so I took it easy. I also took about a minute rest in between rounds to get in front of the fan and get my heart rate down. I was able to do the strict pull-ups which I was so happy about (although my shoulder isn't happy about it NOW.) and I tried mixed grip from round 2 on which was actually extremely helpful.
Round times:
1 - 8:05
2 - 8:06
3- 7:45
4 - 7:55
5 - 8:04
6 - 7:52
I thought this was an important one to do today being near the anniversary of this event and the fact that there are SO many fires right now and just recently 3 firefighters lost their lives in one of them.
Grateful to honor these firefighters again and to be thinking of all the brave men and women out there now...
