  • 76 Burpees

  • 76 Knes-to-Elbows - 10 knee to elbow and the rest toe to bar

  • 76 Push-Ups

  • 76 Air Squats

  • 76 Turkish Get-Up+Right Leg Lunge+Left Leg Lunge Complexes - 10 with 25#, 30 with 15#


Pick the weight and height. With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written.

This was a long tough workout, but I loved it! The sit-up clean and jerks were kind of fun but VERY quaddy!! I was running out of time and so only got to 40 of the Turkish get-ups... man those were tough.


Day 69 of my challenge!!
