This was a great workout! My rowing seemed slow but we are into Rovember so I think my pullers were just tired. My double unders were all over the place but the single dumbbell box step overs went well! :D

Background: This workout honors the 343 firefighters and 72 law enforcement officials who lost their lives saving others from the US terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001.


The workout was designed by Phillip Stucki of Proving Grounds Training @provinggrounds.


The rep scheme signifies: – 2,001 meter for the year of the attack – 343 Double-Unders for the number of firefighters who lost their lives during the incident – 72 Single Dumbbell Box Step Overs for the number of law enforcement officers who paid the ultimate sacrifice.
