"Build da Booty"

After my Hero WOD "Grant" I decided to do


For Time: 32:25


400 meter walking lunges with a 35# barbell -


So at Cerus it was 26.24 lengths of the gym.


For 9 lengths I did back rack

For 9.24 lengths I did front rack

For 8 lengths I did overhead lunges.


This actually felt awesome and when I put the barbell down I tried to pick it up more quickly than I wanted to. Only a couple lengths did I think I went too soon because I had to slow down or stop for a minute!
