This was a great workout. The runs were probably the toughest part as I haven't run with my 40# vest in a long time. 2 of the runs I did on the treadmill and the last one I did outside. It was SO beautiful today!

This workout was missing some information. I only figured the ground to overheads and overhead lunges were with the dumbbells since there were Turkish get-ups in there - which also wasn't specified. Also, it didn't mention whether the numbers were each arm or total. I did total.

The turkish get-ups just take a long time...

Honored.

*********************************

Background: This workout is dedicated to Lt. Paul Butrim, Kenny Lacayo, and Lt. Kelsey Sadler who paid the ultimate sacrifice while in the line of duty on January 24, 2022.

The three Baltimore firefighters received a dispatch about someone trapped inside the West Baltimore building and was in danger of dying. All three died when that abandoned rowhouse in Southwest Baltimore collapsed with them inside. One other firefighter, John McMaster, was hospitalized for several days with injuries he sustained during the blaze, which is among the deadliest for first responders in Baltimore history.

The workout was designed by VETWOD @vetwod to honor the lives of the three heroes.

The rep scheme signifies the date when the incident happened.
