I really liked this workout. I did most of it Rx+ using my 20# vest but had to take the vest off for the handstand push-ups. I made myself wait long enough to go unbroken on those since I took the vest off.

The pull-ups in sets of mostly 3's and 2's with a 4 in there at the end and some singles. The dips felt better and stronger as I went and was able to do 6/3 on my last round.

Runs felt great too. I used the first one as a warm-up starting at 4.5 on the treadmill and working it up to 5.8. On the second run I started at 5.5 and ended at 6.0. Honored.
