I was pretty tired today for some reason and felt like I was getting a headache early on sooo - I just took my time and worked my way through this!
On the second Sandbag run I had to stop and walk and actually put the sandbag around my waist because my arms and shoulders were hurting so bad. But, I got through it! This really was a great workout!
