  • 4 Burpees

Perform 4 burpees every minute on the minute until you finish the 100 squat cleans.

I did this with a men's bar at Beth's house and not being able to touch the ground with the weight really fired up my back.

SO - I did probably 50 squat cleans and 50 power cleans. Finished right at 11:00 on the dot!
