I modified this workout a bit because I haven't done squat cleans in a long time - especially heavy - and my back was hurting quite a bit from an earlier workout. SO! I just did what I could and remembered why I was doing it. I took my time and just moved through it...
I DID do all the squat cleans touch and go so that was good for me! :)
