Day 21 of my 100 days of Heroes was a Doozy!
I was honestly just very tired today and it was all I could do to get through this workout.
In round 2 AND 3 I had to have a little talk with myself and decide if I was going to stop or keep going. I was just fatigued and got breathless pretty quickly - although that seemed to get better around Round 4. My goal from the beginning was unbroken DBHang Cleans and Pull-ups and I did that! I was going to also go unbroken on the power cleans but decided to do singles to save my grip.
Handstand push-ups unbroken as well.
I figure on a better day I would be about 10 minutes faster.
I was proud of myself for pushing through for this Hero though.
