  • 100 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)

  • 100 Toes-to-Bars

  • 100 ft Rope Climbs (accumulate over multiple ascents)

For the rope climb, accumulate 100 ft total. If you are climbing a 15 ft rope, 17 ascents are required (round up from 16.66).

I was very proud of the way I handled this workout. I expected some major forearm blow up but I planned everything out to minimize it as much as possible. I was so happy afterward to have NO blow up in my forearms!

This British Hero WOD is dedicated to Mne Tony Evans, 42 Commando RM, who died in an explosion in Afghanistan on 27/11/2008, at the age of 20. Also dedicated to Mne Georgie Sparks, Mne Alexander Lucas, Csgt Krishnabahadur Dura, Mne Neil Dunstan, Mne Robert McKibben, and Yubraj Rai who all died in the same month.
