AMRAP in 20 minutes: Finished 4 Rounds

  • 400 meter Run

  • 11 Power Snatches (95/65 lb)

  • 17 Pull-Ups

  • 13 Power Cleans (95/65 lb)

I really liked this workout, although it was just a little bit painful! Lol! I haven't done snatches in quite some time so I was glad to ease in with these light ones. I deliberately broke them up to save my grip a little bit.

All pull-ups unbroken

All power cleans unbroken EXCEPT I accidentally did 11 of those as well instead of 13 :/

Honored as always...
