I had written this to do 5000 and maybe someday I will do that but I just didn't have the energy today. I started a nutrition challenge Wednesday and worried I might not have had enough carbs for my Sunday workouts and I was definitely right about that. I was bummed but not surprised.

The pull-ups felt good... I really wanted to do some high volume. And I was proud of myself for doing 35's for the man-makers... they are just slow and tough... but awesome!!
