After I finished this, I couldn't believe I did it! Lol! These are workouts I love to do but man, it is a lot of work!

The first 3 miles I felt absolutely amazing. I kept the pace slow to keep my heart rate down and minimize the chance of getting a headache. The last mile was okay but I looked on my apple watch afterwards that my heart rate gradually climbed the whole time. I felt that the last mile. The row wasn't too bad. I kept it around 2:14/2:16 the whole time until the last 200 or so meters and I kicked up the pace a bit. I stopped at 2000 meters and 3000 meters to get a little water.

The ruck... was tough. The first couple miles were annoying with getting my vest comfortable and I just felt tired honestly. The last mile and half I had found my pace and the vest felt better and I actually enjoyed myself.
