5 Rounds for Time: Finished in 17:04

  • 5 Pull-ups

  • 10 Burpees

  • 400 meter Run

Did this at my condo gym and wore my 8# weight vest! (So pull-ups were semi-strict. I also tried to run faster every round. Started at 6.5, 6.6, 6.7, 6.8 and finished at 7.0 for .10, 8.0 for .05, 8.5 for .05, then 9.0 to finish!
