Used this as a warm-up and it was perfect for that! ***************************** In 2005, former U.S. Navy information systems technician Makimba Mimms, a US Navy sailor, was participating in a CrossFit workout at his local gym. Mimms complained of severe pain and ultimately ended up being hospitalized suffering from suspected rhabdomyolisis. Makimba Mimms was awarded $300,000 in damages from his local gym, the CrossFit affiliate training company, and his trainer for injuries he sustained during a CrossFit workout in 2005. Those injuries included rhabdomyolysis. Rather than refute the association with Mimms' injury CrossFit has used it as evidence for its intensity. The WOD was renamed "Makimba" and recategorized as a children's workout.
