I went heavier and higher on this workout.... because I CAN! :) I used 75# for the Overhead Squats and used a 24' box for the Burpee Box Jumps. Those were a little spicy on the first round after the overheads!

This Firefighter Hero WOD workout is dedicated to Michael Clarke, FDNY, Ladder 2, who was killed on September 11, 2001. Firefighter Clarke, 27, was delighted several months ago to be transferred from Staten Island to Engine 8 and Ladder 2 on East 51st Street in Manhattan, "because there was much more action in Manhattan," his father said. Sept. 11 was a scheduled day off; Firefighter Clarke went to work because he had switched days with another firefighter.
