I am still coming back from a month break and slowly working my way back pain-free so I took this quite slow. I still have a little bit of hip/groin pain with running and rowing so I am having to change my technique a little and I did intervals because I am still getting my cardio back and my heart rate gets pretty high and takes a while to come down.

Still, I was happy to do this again and it was perfect for today!
