This workout was tough for me. Yes it was my third workout of the day but those 135# Jerks and Hang Power Cleans worked me over! I just had to wait. Mostly I did them in 3's and the Hang Power Cleans I had to do singles because bringing the bar back down was really hurting my shoulder so...
