The “2 400 meter Runs” are written this way for the significance of the date (December 2), but may be run as a single 800 meter distance. ** This was just a good cardio workout.... ************************************** On December 2, 2015, 14 people were killed and 22 were seriously injured in a terrorist attack at the Inland Regional Center in San Bernardino, California, which consisted of a mass shooting and an attempted bombing. This WOD by FitOne Foundation (F1F CrossFit) in Riverside, CA is a tribute to those who died that day. The rep scheme significance is the date (12-2-15) and 14 for the number of people killed.
