As Many Rounds as Possible (AMRAP) in 26 minutes --

  • 10 Pull-Ups

  • 15 Kettlebell Swings (1.5/1 Pood)

  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20 in)

I used this as my warm-up and so I just stayed nice and steady throughout. I would take a few breaths before the pull-ups so I could smoothly move unbroken through all movements. Was a great workout!
