40 Dumbbell Hang Squat Cleans (35/25 lb)
50 Back Extensions
60 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lb)
6 Rope Climbs (15 ft)
One partner works while the other rests. Box jump height is the same for men and women. *************************** The toughest part for me was the 53# KB swings. I did those in sets of 10. I did the box jumps in sets of 50. I also did semi-strict knee to elbow.... Was a great WOD and honestly didn't take me as long as I thought it would! :D *************************** This workout is a partner version of the original solo "Beast 12" WOD.
