5 Rounds for Time: 26:36

  • 5-4-3-2-1 Rope Climbs

  • 50 Double-Unders

  • 50 ft Handstand Walk (4x12.5 ft unbroken segments)

After each set of rope climbs athlete must complete the 50 double-unders and 50 ft handstand walk. If athlete comes down from the handstand walk before finishing the 50 ft distance, athlete must return to the nearest 12.5 ft segment marker (or the beginning if no segment has been completed yet). ***************** Arms were TOAST for this one because we did "Coffey" beforehand... But, it was fun! :D
