As Many Rounds as Possible (AMRAP) in 20 minutes -

28 + 24!!

  • 5 Pull-Ups

  • 10 Push-Ups

  • 15 Air Squats

One of my favorite WODs ever! (Probably because it's part of "Murph"! :D ) Pushed myself and kept pushing!
