For Time (Team of Four) - I finished in 1:50:57

Redo 11-8-20 - Finished in 1:46:57

300 Pull-Ups - 26:44 - 26:45 400 Push-Ups - 31:06 - 31:33 500 Sit-Ups - 26:41 - 22:05 600 Air Squats - 26:26 - 26:34 In a team of four, two people may work at a time. Reps are cumulative for all team members. All reps of each movement must be completed before moving on to the next movement (i.e. finish all pull-ups before moving on to the push-ups).

Today I honored another Hero, but not in any kind of ordinary way. I took a workout that is meant for 4 people and did it all myself. I LOVE doing this type of workout. I enjoy so much taking a tough challenge and making my way through it... rep by rep... just to see if I can. I recorded my final time as well as the time each part took me in case you were curious. :) Honored to have done it and feeling amazing! <3 <3

Second time doing this workout and it was just as awesome as last time. I am surprised that I did it faster this time because I felt like I was resting quite a bit. Did most of the pull-ups and push-ups in sets of 10, sit-ups in sets of 100 and the squats in sets of 50. ***************** Specialist Trevor Anthony Win'E, of Orange County, California, while serving as the Gunner on the lead truck in a convoy in Iraq on 30 April 2004, was injured in an attack by an improvised explosive device (IED).
