  • 50 Knees-to-Elbows (I did Toe to Bar)

  • 50 Push Press (45/35 lbs)

  • 50 Back Extensions

  • 50 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)

  • 50 Burpees

  • 50 Double-Unders

Went unbroken on Box Jumps, pull-ups, KB swings, lunges, Push press, and Burpees Toe to Bar - 15, 7, 8, 5's Back Extensions - 25, 10, 5's Wall Balls - 20, 20, 10 DU's - I just tripped up a couple times :P
