T.J.
For Time: Finished in 64:50 Did this again November 5, 2019 - Finished in 50:10
10 Bench Presses (185/135 lb) - Used 95#
10 Strict Pull-Ups
Max Thrusters (135/95 lb)
Repeat until you have completed 100 Thrusters
(8/30/16) This was a very interesting WOD. LOVED the bench press... strict pull-ups are my jam... heavy thrusters... take everything I got! Lol!!
Here was my breakdown. This took me 13 rounds to finish. I was hoping for 10 rounds but those thrusters got super tough...Number of thrusters per round:10, 10, 10, 5, 7, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 7, 7, 4
With honor... <3
(11/5/19) As my 5th WOD of my 30for30Heroes I had to uber-scale this workout. My whole body is very fatigued BUT I got it done! Here was my breakdown this time:
Thrusters - 6, 7 (@ 95#) 8 (@ 85#) 15,15,15,14,11,9 (@ 65#)
Bench - I did 5 rounds with 95# and the last 4 with 85#
