I LOVED this WOD! The wall walks took the longest... Sometimes just 2 at a time... but it's just such a great movement. And I substituted out the knee to elbow and did toe to bar. Those knee to elbow are what hurt my shoulder this last time so... I'll stay away from those for a WHILE! 😝
