1. Max rep front squat 95# - 32 (7 more than last year)

2. Max rep bench press 95# - 21 (2 more than last year)

3. Max rep dead-stop deadlifts in 60 seconds 135# - 24

4. 4 rounds of 60 second 25 m sprint/60 seconds rest - 34 (2 more)

5. Max strict pull-ups - 15 (3 more than last year)

6. Sandbag get-ups in 10 minutes 60# - 68 (15 more than last year!) We decided to forgo the 3 mile run with the vests since it was 95 degrees out and none of us had eaten for several hours. We will all do it separately when we can... :D
