For Time: 2:28:08

  • 10 Mile Run

  • 150 Burpee Pull-Ups

Partition the Run and Burpee Pull-Ups as needed. ^^^^^ We decided to make this WOD very "Spartany" and did (Not sure what weights everyone did.... but I did..)

1 mile with a 25# plate 1 mile with a 35# sandbag 1 mile with a 30# vest 800 meters with a 14# wall ball 800 meters with a 30# slam ball (Christopher used the 40#) and we did a 400 meter bodyweight sled drag

(Christopher and Bella also added some rope climbs and a trip around the rig!)

The rest of the miles were regular and AWESOME because we all felt so LIGHT! Haha!

SO proud of all of us for gutting through that... was EPIC! ***************************** U.S. Army Second Lieutenant Clovis T.
