3 Rounds For Time: (15:00)

1 Legless Rope Climb (15 ft) 2 Squat Snatches (225/145 lbs) 3 Back Squats (365/245 lbs) 4 Deficit Handstand Push-Ups (13/9 in)

Soooo - I did NOT Rx this workout... nor was I really going for time but I did KEEP the time! I DID try to challenge myself as much as possible though. I did 105# for snatches (max is 115#) 175# for squats (max is 215#) ~ 5 inches on the HSPU - used a 45, 15 and 10# plate.

This was actually really fun. As you can see in the video my first round of snatches was a bit comical - I missed 5 trying to get 2!! They got better in the 2nd and 3rd round - Finished in exactly 15:00. (First round took me around 7:30 - you can see the clock on the rope climbs... )
