100 meter Run 50 Burpees 200 meter Run 100 Push-Ups 300 meter Run 150 Lunges 400 meter Run 200 Air Squats 300 meter Run 150 Lunges 200 meter Run 100 Push-Ups 100 meter Run 50 Burpees SO proud of myself for going unbroken on everything but the push-ups! (First set of push-ups: 20 off the bat and then sets of 10. Second set: 30 - 15 - 15, then sets of 10) I forced myself to quiet my mind and go head to head with my self sabotage! I OWNED this workout!!
