Any single-movement ground-to-overhead is acceptable (power snatch, full/squat snatch, split snatch). This was my first time doing Isabel Rx! It took me quite a while but I did it! I know I can do it faster now! :D *** Did it again on August 21 and took nearly 7 minutes off! And this was AFTER the tough Hero WOD "Dragon"! Yay!
